Cancellation Policy: All appointments above $75 require a $75 deposit to secure a booking.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice. Deposits can be transferred to reschedule the appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost on the day of service. 

If your service is under $75, cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice will be charged the total amount of the service booked.

Medical history and consent forms will be available at the time of booking and the appointment. Please be advised that there are contraindications to specific treatments and services. Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness has the right to deny/refuse service to any customer, as safety is our top priority.
