To book a class, first select our Sandusky location. Then, click the three lines below and select ‘Classes’
Age Restrictions: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive Botox, Dysport, and all laser services (including laser hair removal). Clients must be at least 21 years old to receive any facial filler (including lip filler)
Services Cancellation Policy: All appointments above $75 require a $75 deposit to secure a booking.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice. Deposits can be transferred to reschedule the appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost on the day of service.
If your service is under $75, cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice will be charged the total amount of the service booked.
Medical history and consent forms will be available at the time of booking and the appointment. Please be advised that there are contraindications to specific treatments and services. Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness has the right to deny/refuse service to any customer, as safety is our top priority.

Class Cancellation Policy: You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late to class (10 minutes or later) you will not be permitted to enter the class. Cancellations without 24 hour notice, no shows, or late arrivals will be charged the full cost of class.
